A light-filled working restaurant and cocktail bar in Pasadena with approximately 4,000 square feet of coastal California-Mediterranean character. Exposed brick, sculptural white arches, warm wood floors, woven pendants, leaf-shaped ceiling fans, tropical greenery, and a green-and-teal patterned feature wall offer multiple distinct looks in one location. Film restaurant, date-night, brunch, hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, interview, or branded-content scenes among coral-toned lounge seating, upholstered booths, banquettes, and dining tables. A long green-toned practical cocktail bar anchors the main room, with large street-facing windows bringing daylight into the dining and lounge zones. A stainless commercial chef’s kitchen is available for approved filming and culinary content. Kitchen access does not include unrestricted appliance operation, practical cooking, open flame, ingredients, or staff. Exact use, supervision, and any additional services must be agreed in advance. Bar inventory, alcohol, glassware, and consumables are not included by default. Production access may be arranged around the clock, including overnight, with advance written approval. This is an operating restaurant: confirm each date, restaurant closure, included areas, staffing, and reset deadline. All setup, shooting, cleanup, restoration, and load-out must fit within booked hours. The rate is $450 per hour with a four-hour minimum, plus a separate $250 cleaning fee. The owner-stated maximum is 200 total people, subject to approved layout, fire-code limits, and confirmation of venue-staff inclusion. The 4,000-square-foot footprint is approximate; confirm the included areas for your production. Wi-Fi, two restrooms, air conditioning, heating, and dedicated talent/makeup support space are owner-confirmed; the exact support-room configuration should be confirmed. Load-in is through the ground-floor front entrance. The owner reports wheelchair access; scout doorway dimensions, thresholds, and the complete route. No dedicated on-site parking is included. Street parking and nearby public garages are subject to availability and posted restrictions; loading and truck staging require coordination. The space is not soundproof. Scout traffic, HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen noise for dialogue work. Windows can be blacked out with an approved plan; materials and full coverage are not confirmed. Renters can access the circuit breaker if needed, with host coordination; electrical capacity and panel location should be checked before booking. Furniture and artwork may be moved with approval and complete restoration. There is no age restriction. Nudity and alcohol are allowed with appropriate closed-set, safety, and service arrangements; adult content and stunts require exact scope approval. Interior and exterior security cameras can be turned off if production needs it. Arrange shutdown with the host and confirm camera coverage and audio status in advance.
