Our Co-Working Space Usage Agreement Hours of Operation: Monday to Thursday, 10 AM - 8 PM. Fee: BBE Members – Free Non-Members – $20/day Agreement Terms By accessing and using the Co-Working Space, the undersigned individual (“User”) agrees to the following terms: 1- Purpose of Use The co-working space is intended for quiet, professional work. Users may bring laptops, notebooks, and other tools necessary for business-related activities. 2- Walk-In Policy No prior reservation or sign-up is required. Users may check in at the front desk upon arrival (if applicable). 3- Conduct Expectations Respectful and courteous behavior is required at all times. No disruptive noise, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will be tolerated. Clean up your space before leaving. 4- Equipment & Wi-Fi Wi-Fi and power outlets are available. Users are responsible for their own devices and chargers. 5- Liability Waiver The Co-Working Space and its organizers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. 6- Fees & Payment Members may use the space free of charge. Non-members are required to pay $20 per day. 7- Acceptance of Terms By entering and using the co-working space, you agree to comply with these terms. The establishment reserve the right to deny access to any user who violates these rules.
