SFV clubhouse with two floors and an optional pool. Multipurpose and lots of floor space. Quiet safe neighborhood with dedicated on-site parking (9 spots, tandem style). Dated living room look but can be reimagined. Great natural light. This location has been used for short films and TV shows in the past. Weekdays/evenings only. MUST HAVE PROOF OF INSURANCE.
