About the Space
Welcome! Our extremely spacious loft is ideal for hosting events, dinners or film shoots and is ready to go. The centerpiece of the space is a 10 foot Carlos Scarpa glass table, easily fitting up to twelve people and perfect for dinners, meetings or table reads. Bright wood floors cover the space, which is accentuated by painted metal beams that support the 12+ foot ceiling. A lighted entryway creates a sense of anticipation as you walk into the loft. A sleek Arclinea kitchen is serviced by a large island, perfect for serving, and accompanied by two additional high-top tables. Additional seating and tables are strategically placed throughout, including walnut chairs with leather seating and a comfortable couch. Various plants decorate the space to add additional warmth and texture. Guests are welcome to re-arrange the space as they see fit. This is an extremely high-end space at a very affordable price.
