Our Studio boasts two state-of-the-art recording studios - Studio A is a dedicated well equipped creative space for recording, producing, and mixing music with a large sounding 400 sq ft live room. Studio B is dedicated to producing broadcast ready voice-overs in a polished client-friendly studio environment Also included in your rental, a 600sqft Boardroom & Outdoor Patio Area w shared Kitchen & two bathrooms. Important things to note. - Please note the rate listed is for FILM SHOOTS ONLY in the audio recording space. If you wish to shoot in the Boardroom you must select send the booking offer through our Boardroom listing. Entry is limited to the front door. Please see our film studio listing if you need additional staging and load in access. - In order to book this space for audio recording you must select the Sound Engineer add on. Rates may vary depending on your project. - Absolutely no content, filming or events sponsored. funded or otherwise paid for by companies participating in the Adult Film, Product or Lifestyle Industries. - No content, filming or events pertaining to Politics of any kind.
