It has been furnished with modern, clean furnishings and decor and has an abundance of natural lighting. The home is three stories with two living areas, two bedrooms, and two office areas. There is a nice terrace on the third floor with views of the rocky mountains. The first-floor outdoor patio area has a gazebo and fire pit. In the summer, a well-maintained garden with flowers is in view. There is plenty of free parking along the street. It also has a 2-stall connected garage.
