About the Space

Our private 2300 sq ft warehouse area is available for all manner of production and event usage. The space is composed of three tall white walls (fourth is open to a storage facility with large racks) and is the perfect blank slate for your creative needs - whether you're a production planner or content creator looking for a secluded photoshoot location. Morning light shines into the space via floor to ceiling corner windows framed by industrial I-beams and a three panel frosted window on the East/Southeast wall of the building. A full-height blank wall spans two sides of the space — perfect for projections or color wash uplighting (for evening events). Floors are sealed concrete, providing a sleek and industrial setting, while the open floor plan allows for complete customization, whether you're hosting a private event, product launch, conference, meeting, dinner, photo/video shoot, or other creative production. Access to the space can be made via front door and through our business showroom (normal hours during the week are 9am-5pm) or bay door / loading ramp at the rear of the building. This means the space can be accessed by vehicles - for event setup or to be used as production props. No continued idling, revving or burnouts permitted and all vehicles must be accompanied by authorized staff. Rental of the space also includes access to our bathrooms (equipped with showers), as well as kitchenette with large fridge and ample space for catering and food prep. Automotive focused showroom can also be utilized for evening or weekend events where a themed entrance is desired. Available add-ons include, but are not limited to: uplighting via RGB LED panels with or without aluminum rim accent (shown in main photos), TV w/ rolling stand, projector, speakers, multi-channel mixing board, chairs, tables, table covers, space heaters, limited props: plants, couches, side tables, rugs.
