Single family Colonial style home that contains 3,200 sq ft and was built in 1923. Beautifully decorated inside featuring hard-wood floors and a grand piano. Bedrooms feature lots of natural lighting with full drapes and french style sliding windows. One bedroom features a unique full wall book case. Minimum Daily Rate that is shown is based on a still shoot with a crew/talent size of 15 or less @ a 10 hour day.
