About the Space

This white shiplap sided single family bungalow with dark facia board trim is located in coastal San pedro. Built in 1924, All exterior wood and trim was restored to keep its original beauty. Minutes from Rancho Palos Verdes, White point beach, Korean Bell, Nike Missile sites, Port of Los Angeles, and Cabrillo marina. Front yard has a simple layout. One car concrete driveway and small front porch with a dark wood front door. Living room has a L shaped slate leather couch, and brown coffee table. neutral walls and light beige curtains. Transitioning to the kitchen there is a large island with a waterfall edge. White shaker kitchen cabinets and grey island cabinets. Walk to the back yard and find a deck with lounge chairs to relax. Outdoor kitchen with a grill and smoker. Gas fire pit with lounge chairs. Next to the fire pit, we have “Casita Cantina”, a small bar room. Cast and members over 20 people need to provide portable restrooms. When booking, please provide : purpose, production type, number of members, location of area you want to shoot (eg. front yard, back yard, kitchen,etc).
