Easy loading and unloading on the ground floor. It is located in the elegant neighborhood of Hancock Park, surrounded by classical architectural buildings and grand old LA estates. It is located on one of the most beautiful tree lined streets in LA. Neighborhood is very quiet residential area, but walking distance to the best coffee shops and restaurants. This listing includes access to the lower unit, which has rich period details including tall arched windows, original ironwork, high ceilings & all modern amenities, with newly renovated kitchen. Extraordinary natural light. Private entrance w/ rich mahogany door leading to elegant living room w/ high ceiling and ornate detail. This is a sunshine infused spacious unit, 2400 square feet. Combination dining/breakfast room can accommodate 8 for seated meetings, or elegant formal dinner. Please let me know which rooms are going to be used since that may change the cost of the rental. There is street permit parking readily available for an additional fee, depending on number of cars. Parking on property may not be included in your rental. Please inquire about off street and the street parking. Patio area can be used for craft services, lounge areas, take meetings outside to enjoy fresh air and sunshine. Each of the large bedrooms is ensuite and has it's own private bath. Central heating and air con. Discounts may apply for bookings for Monday, and Tuesday and for groups 10 and under. If you have more than 10 people you may be asked to get a porta potty. You may also be assessed an additional electrical fee depending on the number of camera and your lighting needs. No food or drinks in the house unless pre-discussed and agreed to by the owner. In your inquiry please indicate which rooms you are interested in using. Also please indicate the light equipment you intend to bring and there may be an additional electrical fee depending on the footprint (number of lights) of production. You must discuss where you are placing craft service, wardrobe, hair & make prior to the shoot.
