Beautiful grand Spanish architectural revival home with magnificent old world details. Glamorous Hollywood environment and sophisticated European aesthetics. Built in 1920's. Perfect for filming, interviews, fashion photoshoots, music videos e-commerce shoots. There is very little interior and exterior noise in the house and neighborhood. Certified provider for numerous companies, including The Disney Co., ABC News, CNN, A&E Network, Discovery Network, Lifetime TV, ID Network. Numerous shows filmed here including Dr. Phil, ABC 20/20. Furnishings can be moved to accommodate smaller or larger work spaces, breakout sessions. High speed internet. Large long spacious rooms easy for filming. Dimensions: main living room area is approx. 24' long and 17' wide with 10' ceilings. The family room with TV is 13' long by 17' wide with 9'2". The ceilings are over 9' in the bedrooms and other areas.
This downstairs unit is part of a duplex. A fully contained unit that is like a home with a front door and a back door. Easy loading and unloading on the ground floor. It is located in the elegant neighborhood of Hancock Park, surrounded by classical architectural buildings and grand old LA estates. It is located on one of the most beautiful tree lined streets in LA.
Neighborhood is very quiet residential area, but walking distance to the best coffee shops and restaurants.
This listing includes access to the lower unit, which has rich period details including tall arched windows, original ironwork, high ceilings & all modern amenities, with newly renovated kitchen. Extraordinary natural light. Private entrance w/ rich mahogany door leading to elegant living room w/ high ceiling and ornate detail. This is a sunshine infused spacious unit, 2400 square feet. Grand expansive living room with stunning ironwork gates, adjacent spacious TV room with a 60" Flatscreen TV. Apple TV is available. Desk for workspace with printer. Combination dining/breakfast room can accommodate 8 for seated meetings, or elegant formal dinner. Please let me know which rooms are going to be used since that may change the cost of the rental.
There is street permit parking readily available for an additional fee, depending on number of cars. Parking on property may not be included in your rental. Please inquire about off street and the street parking. Patio area can be used for craft services, lounge areas, take meetings outside to enjoy fresh air and sunshine.
Separate laundry room with a back door for easy access. Spacious Master bedroom with charming vanity area for hair and makeup. Original tile work in master bath. Each of the large bedrooms is ensuite and has it's own private bath. Central heating and air con.
Discounts may apply for bookings for Monday, and Tuesday and for groups 10 and under.
If you have more than 10 people you may be asked to get a porta potty. You may also be assessed an additional electrical fee depending on the number of camera and your lighting needs.
No food or drinks in the house unless pre-discussed and agreed to by the owner.

Thanks Angelina for hosting us! Our small shoot went well. We had some issues with parking due to street cleaning, but Angelina was up front and communicated that with us beforehand. The home's proximity to Beverly made it a little noisy for sound, but other than that all went well.
