About the Space
Located in the Historic Landmark section of Midwood Park, this lovely classic Victorian home welcomes you with a mahogany front porch. This home boasts great original stained glass windows, wood details, and hardware throughout the home and a newly renovated kitchen. Coffered ceilings in the living room and dining room, original pocket doors, working wood fireplace and decorative fireplace in the dining room, bay windows, and built-in wood cabinetry. Second floor has three bedrooms, including a bathroom with a shower room and soaking jacuzzi tub. Third floor has two spacious bedrooms with charming tween/teen décor and a newly renovated bathroom. An airy and bright basement also gives ample space for an indoor play and/or video game room or added staging. Private fenced backyard and blue stone patio. House has been featured as a recurring site for Saturday Night Live, among others. We are also already set up as an LLC to facilitate insuring the house. Listed rates are based on access to limited areas for a 10-hr time rate between 7 am to 7 pm, for an all-human crew of up to 30. Rentals outside of these parameters are subject to surcharges. Please DM for other availability and a custom rate based on your needs.
