Coffered ceilings in the living room and dining room, original pocket doors, working wood fireplace and decorative fireplace in the dining room, bay windows, and built-in wood cabinetry. Second floor has three bedrooms, including a bathroom with a shower room and soaking jacuzzi tub. Third floor has two spacious bedrooms with charming tween/teen décor and a newly renovated bathroom. Listed rates are based on access to limited areas for a 10-hr time rate between 7 am to 7 pm, for an all-human crew of up to 30. Rentals outside of these parameters are subject to surcharges.
