Classic Catskills log home on 11 acres. All wood interior. Two floors plus basement, with patio door entrance. Three bedrooms plus kids sleeping loft. Two regular bathrooms. Sleeps up to 10 to 12. Stone Fireplace. Large wood deck and screen room. Full living room and dining area. Modest kitchen, dual refrigerators. Propane BBQ. Portable Generator and propane Torpedo heater in Basement. Washer / Dryer. 3/4 regulation pool table. Vehicle charger. 110 ft diameter pond and secluded brook deeper in the woods. Excellent Wi Fi. Good 200 amp 220, Electrical service. Deer and preditor birds on the property. 150 ft long driveway. Only one home near to the property, so virgin wooded views in most directions. Wild apple trees. Quiet ring road used only by local residents. Tool shed and riding mower, etc. for props. 25 minutes to Hunter Mountain or Woodstock. I am very good with my hands so I can add items you might need, such as outdoor shower? or additional exterior power? Fire Pit?
