Classic Brooklyn Brownstone Two Bed Apartment

About the Space

We are located on a brownstone block in Bed-Stuy Brooklyn. It is a classic NY feel. Our home is a two family brownstone and this is the lower level apartment. The front has a classic stoop with bluestone front yard and rose bushes. The garden apartment opens to a small entryway and then an open doorway with steps leading down to the lower level/basement. The front bedroom then comes off from the small entryway/hallway and has two windows and a closet. The hallway then leads to the main open living, dining and kitchen area and has an urban/classic brownstone exposed brick wall. The second back bedroom comes off the kitchen and has two southern facing windows and a closet. The main floor is finished with a full bathroom. There is also a finished lower level/basement that runs almost the entire size of the brownstone. There is a queen pullout couch and chair, a desk, washer and dryer and another full bathroom. The backdoor in the kitchen leads to the yard with has many trees, a patio area and a faux grass yard surrounded by inground planters that frame the space. There is also stairs to an upper deck.
