The Civic Center is a year round recreational and meeting facility located at 1306 County Road 134 in Buffalo and is managed by the City of Buffalo’s Parks and Recreation Director Lee Ryan. During the winter the Civic Center features two indoor, regulation-size ice sheets and and outdoor rink that is located behind the building. The Civic Center is available for Open Skating, Youth and Adult Hockey, Figure Skating, Group Rentals, Birthday Parties and Meeting Space.
