A private 5-acre Western town film location in the heart of Temecula Wine Country, offering filmmakers, photographers, brands, and production teams a versatile backdrop for commercials, music videos, feature films, short films, photo shoots, and digital content. The property features a collection of practical, camera-ready Western sets, including a two-story Saloon, Bank, Sheriff’s Jailhouse, Gold Mine, horse stables, and rustic Western street scenes. The 1,100-square-foot Saloon includes a 15-foot bar, upstairs balcony, poker tables, antique Brunswick pool table, period piano, restroom, and multiple windows for flexible natural lighting. The Bank includes a functional interior with teller window and period dressing, while the Jailhouse features a sheriff’s office, steel jail cell, bunks, and Western props for authentic period scenes. Beyond the town itself, productions have access to scenic acreage featuring hillsides, large boulders, a pond, horse arenas, dirt roads, open country landscapes, and additional natural backdrops—making it possible to capture multiple looks without relocating the production. The Western set has dedicated electrical power and outlets throughout, with generator use available by prior approval. On-site parking accommodates approximately 10 vehicles, and the sets are located within a short walk of one another for efficient company moves and load-in. For productions needing additional space, the Main Home and Guest Home can be added for use as green rooms, wardrobe and makeup areas, talent holding, production offices, catering, kitchens, and additional restrooms. Productions can also take advantage of a unique stay-and-shoot option, allowing cast and crew to film on location and stay overnight on the same property, with accommodations for up to 16 guests when both homes are reserved. The venue has hosted commercials, music videos, short films, and narrative productions and is conveniently located approximately 20 minutes from Downtown Temecula, with access from San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles.
