A separate Casita adds a fourth bedroom with a queen bed plus a twin bunk in the common area, its own full bathroom, fireplace, front and back patios, and a rose garden. For larger activations, the property includes a large Barn with internal and external lighting plus uplighting, ideal for covered events, and an adjoining enclosed Cellar space that can be configured for catering, sound healing, meditation, production headquarters, or an additional guest suite. Equestrian facilities include a full riding arena suited for training or rodeo-style activity, a large older Stable structure available for activation, and a single-room space called the Jockey with its own front porch overlooking the ring, usable as a guest room or production office. The Pasture offers room for up to 100 tents, with 5 designated water and electrical hookup zones for RV support, making it well suited for large-scale glamping, festivals, or multi-day productions.
