About the Space

Beautiful room for offline editing, small screenings, music or post-production mixing, or composers and musicians is available for short-term rentals. This comfortable, quiet room in a professional studio allows you to settle in and focus on the work at hand. o 12.5’ long x 12’ wide o Standard hours are 10am-6pm M-F; extended hours are often available. 24/7 access can be arranged for multi-week renters. o Room is available by the day. Discounts available for multi-day and multi-week renters o CitiQuiet windows minimize street noise o Bright natural light (or blackout window blinds will be available by March 2025, if that’s more your vibe!) o Acoustic treatments throughout room o 72” sit-stand desk for editor/mixer o ergonomic Steelcase Leap chair for editor/mixer o 2x Genelec 8330 SAM Studio Monitors o 2x 24” LG 4K computer monitors on articulating arms o 49” LG TV o All peripherals are wired into the desk and allow for ‘plug and play’ operation with your computer via thunderbolt. Tech support is available prior to and throughout session to ensure everything runs smoothly. o Couch, coffee table, and small (20”x48”) desk for clients, producers, or additional attendees. o Suite includes lounge, kitchen, bathrooms, balcony, and other fun, creative professionals!
