The townhouse has side hall with attractive staircase, large living room, charming dining room, and gourmet kitchen that opens through French doors to a roomy, sunny porch. Upstairs has three bedrooms and new tiled bathroom with clawfoot tub. It also has own lovely small garden. Owner of property is producer for self owned agency, and is happy to assist with permitting. Must have floor protection at all times. Owner can provide installation of ram board for extra cost.
