Penthouse in Luxury Building in trendy Fairfax district. Stylish, chic, artistically styled with lots of flexibility in staging. Giant TV is on a stand with wheels and can be moved out of shots or to another angle in room. Special features: Limited edition Jonathan Adler footstool, Virgil Abloh clock. Nearly all art shown is pre-licensed for commercial use. Art can be moved around or changed out. Space is created and run by a creative director (Universal Records, Sundance Channel) and Stylist (YSL, Gucci), and we have hosted major brands, including Adidas and MTV in our locations.
