You can see the property on Instagram @casamilvermanfilmlocation Hello, our home is a 2000 square foot 2 bed + den/office pool home available for photo shoots, filming, small approved outdoor or indoor gatherings. The home is full compound, completely fenced. Once beyond the street level gates you are completely hidden from the street/neighbors and with tons of space to store production equipment safely. The entire property is surrounded by trees and feels like you are not in the middle of the city. The living room / dining room is large and spacious and full of new high end furniture and art. The second dining area seats 12 at a farm table! Living room is chic and modern with built ins and a fireplace, The yard is rustic with a California native garden and a pool as well as multiple seating areas that include a sectional, a picnic table and loungers and patio chairs. We prefer filming to be limited to living, big and small dining area, outside, home office. We do have a guest room and a kitchen avail on request, but the kitchen is not remodeled yet. Our home has been used in editorial and advertising photo shoots. Over 20 people we are unable to set appropriate rates on the pricing site and we ask for $400 an hour for 20 to 25 and $450 an hour beyond that up to 30 max OVERTIME: Overtime is charged at 1.5 x your hourly rate past 10 hours. SITE REP/ ANCILLARY FEES: For smaller shoots, and/or if available, the Owner will act as the Site Please just inquire to work out rates that fit us both! We understand everyone has different needs.
