Complete with 75" TV, sound system, WiFi, built-in bar with built-in kegerator, large neon light on stylish mid-century wallpaper, sectional sofa, accent chairs, expansive patio with large outdoor dining set, gas grill and modern pergola/patio cover, this space is a photographer's dream! The space opens to a large yard with a manicured lawn, string lights, white fences/walls and a lush orange tree. We have on and off-street parking available and indoor bathroom upon request (depending on duration of rental).
