About the Space

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT A QUOTE: “Create” rates are for film or still shoots ONLY where no alcohol will be consumed. These rates are for hours the bar is closed and/ or slower days of the week where we could shut down like Monday or Tuesday. “Celebrate” rates are for private events where we will serve alcohol on top of the rental fee. Alcohol is partially included in these rates but depends on the number of people and whether or not you choose to do open bar or a minimum bar guarantee. For custom rate estimates see below. We are a functional bar with a liquor license and can only allow events and shoots for persons over the age of 21. You cannot bring in outside alcohol. However, we can create alcohol packages to suit your need, and include the rental fee as a part of the alcohol package. This venue is an elegant lounge that boasts two bars with a beautiful heated and enclosed patio that is often used to stage wardrobe or video city. We have a projector and screen for screenings of your favorite film. We have a complete sound system and an internet juke box. We hold 204 guests of which 50 fit on the patio. Our capacity is 200, so you're welcome to rent it out for 40 people but renting only the heated and enclosed patio with a private bartender may be more cost effective. The following bar spend minimums will apply. You're welcome to bring your own alcohol but we still have to serve it and you still have to hit the following minimums.
