Luxurious living at it's best! Guest access Electric security gate at property - use grey keypad on fence, to open gate. Gate opens automatically at exit. Gate is not to be left open at any time. Guests will be provided with a code, to open the Keypad lock attached to the apartment's private entrance. They will also be provided with a code for the alarm. Laundry room is usable by guests. Guests must climb stairs to enter property.
