A lush, green courtyard can be seen outside of the big bay window in the living room. With art-filled walls, layers of texture, and plenty of home accents to play with (think greenery, mirrors, candles, vases and more), the decor is warm, clean, and inviting. From the black and white tiled bathroom to the jute and antique rugs, you’ll love every nook. The space includes the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom (bedroom available upon request). The bedroom gets the most light in the morning, the living room gets afternoon and evening sun, the kitchen and living room have nice light throughout the day with peak hours being midday. Conveniently located in West Hollywood with easy metered parking right out front, the neighborhood is safe and quiet.
