About the Space
We are located next to Chevy Chase Park adjacent to the gymnasium parking lot. with plenty of parking. Production usually rents out the parking lot or parks on the street. There is a vintage style neighborhood mini market one house down NW. Our gated building has 9 car parking in the back. The park next door has bathroom access.7am earliest load in. Notes & Fees: $50 per 12h parking spot inside the building (9 parking spots available) An additional fee for each available apartment used for filming goes to tenants per day. 2 tenants per apartment unit / 2-3 potential units available / fully and semi furnished units. / Potential 2 top floor units and 1 ground floor rear unit available. Additional relocation fee will be paid by production. Per diem fees will be allocated if production films for more than one day on site. An additional hotel fee will be added if filming goes after hours past 11P and weekend 12A. There will be an additional site fee if production goes past 11P week day and 12A weekend COVID-19 (negotiable) Note- Please have a game plan and PPE certified Covid-19 document ready to share with property owners.

I had a great experience working with Jeane-Pierre and the tenants at this apartment complex! Everyone was professional, communicative, production-friendly, and they had great follow-through. Jeanne-Pierre was always available to answer my questions, was patient with me as I awaited answers from our client, and was helpful on the film day to ensure that we had everything we need. When little issues came up, Jean-Pierre worked with me to find the easiest and most reasonable solutions. Tenants also seemed happy and excited to host us for the day. A few other great things about this location – it's literally next door to Chevy Chase Rec Center in Atwater Village which made for easy (and cheap) crew parking, and the surrounding neighborhood is very cinematic and has a variety of looks. Great burrito place down the street to feed the crew. Only positive things to say about this place. Typical city neighborhood noise, but that's to be expected. Thank you JP and friends at this place. Will come back!
