About the Space
Located in the heart of Chelsea, our spacious 3rd floor gallery consists of three loosely divided rooms with high ceilings, large windows, natural lighting, and a view of the High Line, offering the perfect space for art exhibitions, photo and video shootings, receptions, fashion events, promotional events and more. The extra fees of refundable security deposit of $600, a site rep fee of $150, a cleaning fee of $150 and when more than 50 people or alcohol are served $60 janitorial fee should be paid directly to the venue when booked. We will exchange a signed agreement. Freight elevator: Mon-Fri 24 hours/day Saturday 12am - 5pm Sunday 11am - 5 pm Off hours available at $75/hour Elevator: Main elevator 24/7 Sun. from 12pm Second elevator: Mon. - Sat. 8 am - 6:15 pm Sunday Closed(available at $75/hour) In-house rental amenities: We will send a list upon request.

I used the space for a birthday celebration and book launch. The space was perfect!! Plenty of space for my guests to mingle and enjoy eachother’s company. The only thing I would recommend is that the owner be more upfront about what she can offer. For example the rental if equipment, chairs, tables, etc. as well as recommend set up and clean up times. Yes there are additional costs but I had to ask about it vs. an upsell approach. I also think that rental packages would also be more appealing. I spent more than I anticipated so A one stop shop option is again more appealing to me. Aside from this we had a great time. Thanks
