About the Space
Original built 1920's California Craftsman house on quiet street with ample street parking and a driveway capable of fitting multiple cast/crew vehicles and a 10-ton truck. Permit not required, if all equipment is situated on property. There are three bedrooms on the second floor including a master bedroom with a balcony. Large open living room leads to a spacious family room and formal dining room. The dining room and kitchen overlooks a large backyard with outside wooden deck is perfect for staging equipment and holding talent.

Words can’t explain how great this place is! Hands down, the best place to shoot at, especially if you’re trying to go for a setting that’s realistic/believable. Owner is very chill and has plenty of experience with filming. His passion for filming is obvious and would be more than happy to assist you with any problems that might arise during your shoot. Honestly, couldn’t recommend this place enough. The 5 stars are very much well-deserved.
