About the Space

This is a charming, vintage 1930's Spanish bungalow with original details and a boho chic aesthetic. The living room and dining room have beautiful decorative archways and curved ceilings. The bathroom is composed primarily of vintage pink tile and features a lovely pink marble countertop. The natural light in this house gets rave reviews from photographers and DP's. The driveway can be used for loading and unloading cars and small trucks. Larger trucks can park on the street. There is a nearby church (as well as other small businesses) who rent their parking lots out for crew parking, for very reasonable rates. The neighbor's house and surrounding driveways can also be rented for additional rooms, talent holding, hair & make-up, video village, etc. This house also features a front yard and large backyard along with a detached garage/ workspace that can be used for wardrobe or production; or to store equipment overnight.
