The house is 120 years old but is completely modern. Enjoy one of two porches or grill on the patio after an outdoor shower. 1st floor: Study, LR, BR, kitchen, full bath, Peloton. 2nd floor: 3 BR, 2 full baths No driveway, street parking only.
