The Tollhouse Cottage is located in the heart of Shaver Lake. The cottage is full of rustic charm and will leave you feeling like you have fully experienced Shaver Lake, which is the perfect place to vacation. The list of activities is long and includes, hiking, fishing, skiing, sledding, boating, snowmobiling, horseback riding, and more!
The cottage was built in 1940. 1392 square feet of rustic charm with modern amenities! 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a great deck! You will also enjoy the large deck, BBQ, and propane fire table! Don't forget to pack stuff for S'mores!

When you're spending time inside, you'll have all the comforts of home, including high-speed internet, a smart flat-screen TV in the living room, a Nest thermostat to control the central heating, and modern updates, including stainless steel appliances, a washer, and dryer, and updated bathrooms.
The cabin is for families and friend getaways only, with no parties. We are the owners, not a rental agency. We have neighbors who live next to our cabin year-round and we want to respect that. We are dog-friendly on approval. If you plan to bring your pet, we will need to know ahead of time and collect $100 non-refundable pet fee.
The cottage is located in the heart of Shaver Lake village. In the summer months, you can expect the village area to be buzzing with happy travelers.
The Cottage is available for Photoshoots & Film shoots.
