Charming Riverside Clydesdale Farm & Event Space

About the Space

Our farm is nestled into the hills of Long Valley, New Jersey, only one hour away from New York City. Our twenty-four acre farm boasts a stunning, three season river side event space. The property is flanked on three sides by a beautiful river, the perfect background for any party or filming. The charming event space by the river has a custom, all brick fire place, ample seating, a riverside fire pit, tiki torches, a beautiful wine barrel accented bar, picturesque landscaping, and more. The space can easily accommodate parties of 40 people, however we can accommodate larger groups. In addition to our event space, there are three barns, a large rubber footed outdoor arena, a mile long river side trail with clear river views, access to the Colombia Trail, ample parking, bald head eagles, and many turnout fields where the clydesdales spend their days grazing. Our barn is the perfect location for your Christmas and holiday commercial, photography, and filming needs. We have draft teams and carriages available for hire, at a flat hourly fee. If you would like the horses dressed in festive attire (birthday, holiday, or whatever else you may need), please inquire and we can almost always arrange. We also provide Clydesdales available for participant riding, at a flat hourly fee. Our rental horses can be used for pony rides, competitive riding and jumping (subject to trainer approval of rider post safety assessment), filming, petting zoos, and more. Are you looking for a one stop birthday party? Please reach out to discuss our flat fee, full service birthday party package. This package includes lunch (consisting of two entrees, three sides, and a cake), non-alcoholic beverages, party favors, Polaroid photography, and pony rides for all participants. We have the ability to bring in a mini-horse for a meet and greet, can "decorate," braid and "paint" the horses, and more. We work with you to make sure the party fits your vision, and handle all set up, event management, and clean up. We host a family Christmas package. This package includes a welcome beverage of hot chocolate, a 30 minute trail ride, meet and greet with the mini-horse Douglas, and a staged Christmas photo with one of our decorated carriages. We are flexible and able to host almost any event, intimate wedding, bridal or baby shower, family reunion, graduation celebration and more.
