Always inquire to the host about the availability of the space. Please note that the published rate is a base/starting rate (tax not yet included) and is subject to change depending on booking details such as the day of the week, etc. Always inquire with the host for custom rates or other pricing details. The published rate displayed is for Sunday to Thursday rental. Friday and Saturday rentals will be $3086 per hour for 8 hour minimum. Cleaning of $308 flat rate. An onsite rep is required from the restaurant for $617 flat rate.
