Key Features: Breathtaking Ocean Views: My log cabin is perched on the edge of an embankment with a trail down to my private beach. From the home, there is a treed vista of the ocean and the mountains of the mainland across the Salish Sea. From May to October, cruise ships sail past on their way to and from Alaska. Sea wildlife abounds with seals, sea lions, orcas, humpbacks, herons, bald eagles and more making a regular appearance. Rustic Charm, Coastal Style: Step inside to discover a thoughtfully designed interior that seamlessly blends rustic log cabin charm with coastal elegance. Hand built by its previous owner, The Beach Chalet still retains much of its original rustic charm yet has been updated, including a new kitchen and two new bathrooms. The details on the exterior of the cabin infers a Chalet. From weathered wood finishes to nautical accents, every detail evokes a sense of coastal living. The main floor features an open plan living/dining/kitchen with log walls. The upstairs walls are shiplap and the ground floor walls are drywall. There is a private deck off the primary bedroom on the top floor. And no matter which floor one is on, the view is amazing. Covered deck overlooking the ocean: The main deck off the living space is covered which means that rain or shine, it's useable. It features a patio fire table and furniture as well as a live edge bar for eating. Fully Equipped Kitchen: The newly renovated kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with modern appliances and adorned with aqua subway tiles in a herringbone pattern. It features a large peninsula with counterstools. Cozy Fireplace: The crackling fireplace creates a cozy ambiance that complements the natural surroundings. Secluded Yet Convenient: Nestled in a serene location, my cabin offers a circular driveway that can accommodate a large number of vehicles as well as additional parking on my boulevard.
