Our home is an adorable modern farmhouse traditional style home, located just two blocks below the quaint town of Montrose (Honolulu Avenue). It was fully remodeled in 2019 and has the perfect small town feeling with modern, chic and classic updates. It's a 2 level home with an open view of the living room, dining room and kitchen from the front door. There is a large basement/theater/game room downstairs beyond the kitchen with a 120 inch screen, 6 pinball machines, a pac man cocktail table, and a slot machine. There is a bathroom in the basement as well. Off of the living room is an office/bedroom, then 2 bedrooms and a large two sink/shower tub bath down the hall. The master suite is at the end of the hallway with large open wood beam ceilings, French doors that lead to the back yard, two closets and a large bathroom (2 sinks, large enclosed steam shower, double shower, bath). The master French doors lead to a patio with a fire pit and bench seating along with a dining area. Beyond that is a pool, outdoor kitchen/bar/grill area and an outdoor open room. The front yard has a white picket fence, manicured lawn and a porch. There is also a side yard area off the dining room that leads to an intimate patio and an above ground jacuzzi with cafe lights. There is so much to be seen within this charming small town home!
