About the Space
This Mid-Century, Single Family home sits directly across the street from a picturesque park at the end of a quiet and charming cul-de-sac, north of Colorado Boulevard in Eagle Rock. The house has three bedrooms and two baths. The light-filled living room boasts a large wrap-around window, overlooking the park and a gas fireplace. We have a fully fenced-in yard, with a large seating area on the back patio. The entire house has been fully renovated.
