About the Space

Book the Perfect Space for Your Next Shoot or Production (Please scroll to the end for all studio rules. Kindly review before booking.) Welcome to your next creative backdrop. Our versatile location offers two distinct spaces designed to meet the needs of photographers, filmmakers, and content creators. On the main floor, you'll find a stunning gallery-style space featuring hardwood floors, abundant windows, and incredible natural light throughout the day. The open layout is perfect for a variety of setups, making it the ideal canvas for your next photoshoot, video production, or creative event. The basement is equally impressive—bright and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. This space is welcoming and functional for additional shooting, staging, or production needs. The space is rented as-is, with weekly cleaning to maintain a clean and professional environment. Please Note: Liability insurance is required for all bookings. If alcohol is being brought into the space, a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) is also required. The studios are not soundproofed. Your booking is only for the room that you rented for the duration of the rental. If you require extra time for setup or takedown, please factor that into your booking. If you need additional time and the room is available, extra time can be rented in 30-minute increments. Moving and using furniture from another studio you are not renting is not permissible. Fees will apply if this rule is broken. Please do not use any studios you are not renting. If you'd like to tour other spaces, kindly ask our staff, and we’ll be happy to assist you. If a member of your party arrives intoxicated, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the premises. If alcohol is brought into the studio without proper SOP, we reserve the right to ask you to leave, and your booking will not be refunded or credited. Additional fees may apply based on the situation. Smoking (including recreational drugs and vapes) is strictly prohibited on the premises. If a member of your party is found smoking or using drugs, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the premises, and your booking may be terminated without refund or credit. Additional fees may apply. Failure to respect studio rules, staff, or other bookers will result in immediate termination of your booking and may lead to a permanent ban. Please ensure all belongings are brought into the studio rooms you're renting and taken home with you after your shoot or event. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items left in common areas. We do not store items ahead of or after your rental booking.
