The space is fully fenced in, nicely landscaped, and gets great natural light throughout the day. There’s a wooden outdoor dining table with wicker chairs and a fun vintage-style umbrella that brings a relaxed, lived-in charm to the space. The turf keeps everything looking neat, and the plants around the edges add just enough greenery without getting in the way of your setup. It’s a great spot for lifestyle shoots, small brand content, interviews, or casual get-togethers. The space fits up to 15 people comfortably. Rates: Weekdays: $450/hour with a 4-hour minimum Weekends: $450 for an 8-hour booking
