Upstairs has 3 bedrooms with water views and one room is a kids bedroom or a reading lounge room with views. Historic home that is 100 years old and well loved and cared for throughout. Original beadboard on walls and ceilings in living room adds texture and character. Artistic and cozy furnishings. Beautiful new dining room furniture and rug. Kitchen open to sunroom with views. (Home has hosted shoots for Noah Kahan and Chelsea Cutler shooting a music video and a 48 hours segment, as well as documentary film scenes.) Host is on site to help with anything needed and make your crew comfortable. Plenty of parking. Beautiful surrounding area with plenty of spots to shoot seaside outdoor scenes. Amazing sunsets!
