Built in the 1950’s, this bungalow showcases many original features such as the wood front porch, hardwood floors, wood panels, wood beams and even a wood bay window. The kitchen, furniture and decoration are modern. The wide white kitchen with many cabinets is ideal for any cooking segment. There is a make-up desk & chair in one of the rooms and space in the closets to accommodate a rack. You can use the conference room in the basement as a meeting space or fold the tables and stack the chairs to make room for storage space. There is a small backyard with a big wood shed. The bungalow is equipped with WiFi, central heat & air conditioning for your comfort. Important things to note: 1. The bungalow is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood so some events that require louder music, noise, dancing such as parties, weddings are not allowed. For smaller get togethers, baby/bridal showers with lower ambiant music this can be accommodated. 2. There are a few cooking essentials to accommodate cooking for 4 to 6 people (mostly for overnight stays). For events there is usually more than 6 attendees so: bring your own kitchenware& dinnerware like utensils, plates, serving plates, pots and pans that can accommodate a bigger group. 3. Only bookings starting at 600$ (+ fees) and up are considered. Below that amount, the booking is not cost effective for us and will not be considered.
