You can use this beauty for photo shoots or creating movies. With its historical charm. This brownstone is four floors each floor is about 1000 ft.². It has a lot of brown stone original details it’s been demoed so you can see the red brick walls. The top floor have good lighting because of the skylight. There are three of them and also it’s framed with beams. The first floor have a lot of details of original historic woodwork. And exposed bricks. On each floor there is a fireplace It’s very open and spacious because of the demolition process so there are no walls that each floor looks like a loft
