Clean and minimalistic house located in a cul de sac with lots of bright natural light and lush house plants. Original 60's mid century modern farmhouse architecture that is great for video shoots, photo shoots, and production holding. Dining space opens completely to a spacious outdoor space and a retro pool. With film-production in mind, the attached garage has been converted into a glam room with a proper salon chair, makeup mirror with lights, and tons of space for wardrobe or talent holding. 3 bedrooms. The master and 2nd bedroom is furnished with organic minimalistic design, 3rd room is unfurnished is ready to dress, can be used as a wardrobe room, or production office. Listed rates are variable, and can go up or down depending on the following factors: - Crew size - Motion vs. Still. - Quality of portfolio and experience. Please let us know what your creative needs are and we and will always try our best to accommodate. A cleaning fee of $150 is added on per booking to ensure there house is professionally cleaned before and after booking to CDC measures.
