You'll love this charming, bright, and airy 1920's bungalow with a mix of original and modern finishes located just blocks south of downtown Atlanta. This lovely 3BR 1.5Bath home is located on a tranquil and friendly residential street with easy access to I75/85 and local eateries. A craftsman style house, it comes with a large front porch. Although it is more than 100 years old, the home is recently remodeled with a mix of old and new finishes. As many old features were pereserved as possible. The main living area is open concept, with the original 2-way fireplace and mantles intact (not available for real fires). Original 100+ year old flooring in the entryway, but color matched bamboo in the back areas. Large baseboards and door frames give the home an old historic feel. Cozy living space with a modern kitchen, white uppers, grey lower cabinets, and granite countertops. The space can transform to fit a variety of needs. All furniture in main areas is either modular or can be easily moved in one piece. Twin beds in the back bedroom can be removed for a nominal fee.
