For filming or events in "anywhere America" this works great for parties up to 100 people! Beautiful and secluded backyard space with quality outdoor speakers and relaxing garden ambiance. Parking is easy, and the location is where the 22 meets the 405. Great for intimate gatherings like weddings, baby shower, wedding shower, birthday, bachelor/ette parties, and of course dancing the night away on the back patio. Rental includes use of the main living space of the home for gathering, including use of a common bathroom. The home also is equipped with in-ceiling surround sound, and has a 75" wall mounted TV, as well as a fireplace. Kitchen use and a "getting ready" or Hair/Makeup/Green room can be arranged if needed, for an additional fee.
