1920 Craftsman style bungalow with wraparound front porch, full of character and beautiful original features; the most striking being all the wood work (built-ins, wide crown moldings and baseboards). They are the first thing everyone notices when first stepping foot into the spacious, wide open main room (composed of the living room and dining room, with added reading area). Original oak hardwood floors throughout add a lot of warmth and a touch of old world charm. Green, lush front and back yard. Two guesthouses in the back (separate building). Being over 100 years old comes with loads of charm, but also some challenges... A few areas are in need of love, upgrades and repairs (like, the exterior back of the house needs a paint job). So the property also includes several "funky" areas that can be perfect for certain projects. AND we are open to many different modifications that might suit production. Located in the middle of the studio district in central Hollywood; a very production friendly area. We have hosted several shoots (NCIS Los Angeles (recurring), Truth Be Told, The Rookie, Man On the Inside, Paradise) and are very familiar/comfortable with the process.
