About the Space
Welcome to our 1800's colonial style home located on a quiet residential street in New Rochelle. Just a short drive or train ride from NYC! . Our spacious open front yard includes modest landscaping near the house allows for plenty of filming opportunities. A wrap around front porch with white columns frame the entrance. Our fenced in backyard with multilevel deck, pool, and large detached patio is perfect for outdoor fun. Bamboo surrounds much of the patio creating privacy and a unique setting. Our first floor includes a formal, and historically maintained, parlor/sitting room with working gas fireplace. It leads to our formal dining room, also with an original fireplace. Our open and newly renovated kitchen is bright and spacious, including a large island with seating. A home office/study houses a floor to ceiling library and a whimsical foyer adjacent to it showcases a high bookshelf encircling the crown moulding. Original hardwood floors, crown moulding, and historical character flow throughout the entire property making this a unique filming location!

This was an amazing experience! Let me begin by saying that this home is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our video shoot. We needed that warm and charming feel for this production and this home was exactly that and more! The owners were so wonderful and very accommodating throughout the entire shoot. They were available at all times to answer questions and help us with anything we needed. We can’t thank them enough for the warm welcome and hospitality during our time there. I highly recommend this location!
