About the Space
Property is located in Lincoln Heights, minutes from downtown L.A., county U.S.C. medical and Lincoln Park. It consists of 3 units on the parcel, and of which are available, each having their own unique character for difference scenes. Two main houses in the front and 1 attached unit in the back on a very large 14,000+ sq.ft. lot ideal for filming and crew parking. House on the left is a nice character craftsman with 2 bed/1 bath, House on the right is a Victorian style with a converted attic and 2 kitchens. There is 1 additional unit in the rear, one with a 2 story 1+1. Total of 9 bedrooms/5 baths among all the units. there are 3 garages in the back, 2 of which have been converted into storage and or rooms, one is set up for band. Very film friendly due to the large yard and parking which can accommodate 15-20 cars. All or parts of the property can be rented, everything is currently vacant with no furniture. please call to discuss rates and what exactly would be needed for production.

Outstanding location; so many rooms to shoot in, you can create a million locations out of this one setting. Lots of onsite parking, power and water, and Ara was a pleasure to work with the whole time, from the initial scout to the shoot was communicative, kind, flexible. Just a pleasure. Thank you!

Ara was so amazing! He really came through for us. It was great having all three houses available for us. The large inner lot was helpful for giving the crew and talent team space to work. I would definitely rent from him again.
