A professionally designed creative studio and music space featuring full acoustic treatment, a dedicated performance area, professional monitoring equipment, and a selection of instruments. The studio includes a full drum kit, guitars, keyboard/piano, microphones, studio monitors, and a dedicated control/recording area. The versatile space is ideal for music recording, rehearsals, songwriting, voice work, auditions, self-tapes, content creation, and small creative productions. With a maximum capacity of 8 guests, West Green Studio provides a comfortable, controlled environment for artists, performers, creators, and production teams. Optional Professional Add-Ons: Enhance your booking with access to Visloft’s professional roster, including: Photographers • Videographers • Podcast Engineers • Music Engineers • Acting Readers • Editors • Models • Security • DJs These optional services can be added based on your project or production requirements. Additional Building Fee: A non-refundable $57/hr building fee is charged separately from the space rental price and applies in addition to your booking.
