This quiet and central 2 BD 1 BT house has a lot of great features that make it great for filming. -Big windows for natural light along with white walls. - A gigantic driveway that can fit two trucks if you wanted plus extra parking space in front of house. -Good and colorful paintings on wall that can also be easily removed. -the front yard has flowers, pink and purple, a pine tree, figs, oranges, lemons, and loquats. -Very close to the metro rail Gold line -close to many major freeways (the 5, 60/10, 710) -very close to DTLA but far enough so that you still have lots of street parking -This block/area is quiet and safe. -detached garage that can serve as extra storage or makeshift make-up room.
