About the Space

This secluded private lake house is located on 69 acres of land, overlooking a 22 acre private lake. It's surrounded by cherry, maple, hemlock and pine trees. The house is 3,000 sq.ft. with a large deck and more than enough parking for a film crew and support/catering. We are six minutes from downtown Roscoe with easy access from the highway. Located 2+ hours from NYC. The house is a blend of contemporary and country styles, the living room has a large stone, wood-burning fireplace, two skylights and a wall of glass sliding doors. The house features cathedral ceilings and a walk-out finished basement. There is an extra large sun deck (1200 sq.ft.) Outside there is also an outdoor shower; outdoor sink and counter-space; and a stone-built Argentine-style outdoor grill. We also have a jungle gym with swings and a slide; a fenced in garden-area; and a garage. Finally, the 69 acres include both hills and flat terrain; numerous trails; wooded areas; a year-round stream; small waterfalls and a swimming hole.
