Its elegant architecture, natural stone tower and expansive green areas create a visually powerful setting for commercials, corporate videos, interviews, fashion editorials, lifestyle photography, branded content and creative productions. The property features spacious outdoor gardens, terraces, open social areas and a second-floor terrace overlooking the Central Mountain Range, providing multiple shooting angles and strong natural light throughout the day. The layout allows smooth crew circulation and flexible equipment setup. Interior spaces include bright and adaptable social areas, a spacious kitchen, dining area and versatile lounges suitable for filming, workshops and business meetings. The house has two levels and five bathrooms. For production use, 3 bathrooms are available for crew and guests. Production logistics: Vehicle access for small trucks up to 2.4 meters in height On-site parking for 6–8 vehicles Easy access for equipment loading and setup Large outdoor areas for lighting and staging The location is available for productions until 8:00 PM in compliance with residential community regulations. Production insurance is required for all bookings. Important: Certain private residential areas are not available for rent to ensure property care and privacy during each booking. Cuenta con amplias áreas exteriores, terrazas y espacios sociales que permiten una circulación cómoda del equipo técnico y montaje de producción. Logística para producción: Acceso para camión pequeño hasta 2.4 metros de altura Parqueadero interno para 6–8 vehículos Casa de dos niveles con 5 baños (3 disponibles para producción) Disponible hasta las 8:00 p.m., respetando normas del conjunto residencial. Se requiere seguro de producción para todas las reservas.
