The property has large outdoor areas, terraces, green areas, open social spaces and a terrace on the second floor overlooking the Central Range, perfect for outdoor scenes, photo shoots, interviews and special events. The spaces allow an excellent circulation of people, technical equipment and production assembly. Inside, it has bright social areas, spacious kitchen, dining room and versatile lounges that adapt to different types of shootings, work meetings, workshops and private meetings. The house has two levels, five bathrooms and perfectly organized areas to provide comfort during long working days. Important: Some private residential areas are not available for rent, thus ensuring space care and tranquility during each booking. We have parking within the property and easy access for production equipment.
